We are a husband wife team highly active in Martial Arts and the sport of Obstacle Course Racing through Spartan Race. We specialize in teaching martial arts for both practical and performance value and offer fitness consulting and coaching.

AROO! AROO! AROO! Finally get to try the spear! Ended on a fun hike run and get to hurl that sucka at things!! Definitely got in good practice , in fact we did more spear throws today than our whole spartan career combined!
